The 7th Global Symposium on Low Fertility and Population Ageing will be jointly held by UNFPA and Statistics Korea in Seoul from Thursday, November 30 to Friday, December 1 under the umbrella of the Global Programme on Population Ageing and Low Fertility, currently funded by Statistics Korea. The Symposium will be held in person, with an online link available for predetermined participants. The sessions will look with scientists from Korea and other countries on causes, consequences and responses to population ageing and low fertility including data, determinants of healthy and active ageing, financing, intergenerational dialogue, life cycle approach, and more.
